- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This is one of those places people dont like to go, therefore it gets traditionally bad ratings. However, the location here is ideal, parking is not an issue, and the folks inside are very much East Hillsborough County - nice, courteous, and southern (at least in my experiences). - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Slow. 2.5 hour wait on a Tuesday 11:30a-2p to renew drivers license. No issue with license just close to expiration date. Had appointment at 10:30a was told I didn't have correct document. Needed marriage certificate not divorce decree to keep married name on license. Came back at 11:30a with marriage license and was made to wait 2.5 hours. Poor customer service. The office wasn't busy just Extremely slow. Annoyed to say the least. I called to make sure I had correct documents before appointment & was told everything was good.By Jedi WynDe, April 09, 2017
